how does it work?
Join this intimate, coach-led mastermind and find space to reflect, gain insight from deeper conversations, and re-focus your efforts on what will make the biggest difference to your business.
You’ll have a 1:1 kick-off call with Mike and Liz, to make sure that we thoroughly understand your business and what you want from the next 12 months.
You’ll have full access all year to everyone within the Inner Circle in our private group. This is the place to come whenever you want to bounce an idea around, ask people to cast an eye over something or gather some different perspectives on a decision you need to make.
You’ll also be a part of a carefully curated pod of between 4 and 7 members.
For 10 of the 12 months your pod will mastermind with Mike online for 2 hours. This session is your space to step out of the everyday bustle and refocus on the horizon – Mike will guide you to reflect on where you are, what’s going well and what is getting in your way. Then everyone will have their turn in the “Hotseat” to focus on how to move forward on their biggest challenge.
In Autumn and Spring, we’ll take this further. We’ll bring all the pods together and meet in-person for the day in Nottingham to dive deeper and help you to make significant shifts in your business.
You can secure your place in the Inner Circle with a down payment of £400 followed by 12 payments of £250/month.

FAQs
When and where are the in-person days?
The in-person days are held in Nottingham. The next one is in 30th April 2025, followed by one in the Autumn.
What happens at the in-person days?
You’ll get thought-provoking input and (most importantly) the time, guidance and feedback to reflect on how it applies to you through guided reflection, workshopping & mastermind sessions.
Our in-person days are designed to generate significant insights into your business direction and for you to walk away with clarity on your key priorities and action steps, as well as renewed excitement for the next stage of your business.
What if I can’t make one of the sessions?
At the beginning of the 12 months, we’ll set the dates for the entire duration so that you have them in your diary. When you sign up, we’ll ask you to tell us when you’re available. If you have very restricted availability, let us know on your initial call and we’ll check that we can accommodate you.
How many people will be in the session?
In your monthly mastermind pod, there will be between 4 and 7 people.
Who else will be in my pod?
We carefully curate all the pods. On our call we’ll talk about your specific situation and what you want to get out of your time in the Inner Circle to ensure that you’re best placed to make that happen.
How much does the Inner Circle cost?
£400 secures your place, then you’ll make 12 monthly payments of £250.
